Other Countries' Preferences
All countries except Germany, France, Austria, Japan, Portugal, and Spain, which requested and made changes, will be working at the facilities proposed by FIFA.
The German Football Federation officials visited potential camp sites and made a decision after a long investigation. The Germans, who received a brochure with 64 options from FIFA, chose to train at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem and stay at the nearby boutique hotel Graylyn Estate.
